You've probably heard about the tizzy over Facebook's sneaky Terms Of Service (#FacebookTOS) - if you haven't here's a summary: Facebook changed it's TOS on February 4th, without informing users or requiring them to accept the new TOS - the changes were immediate, retro-active, and unpublished, except for a short blog entry which ignored the TOS' most major changes. The new TOS grant them the unusual right to distribute of user content, even if the user's account is cancelled....
