Something is amiss at Twitter - there is yet another Twitter outage. That's right. Twitter is down. Again. As of around 12:00 Noon, EST, on August 21st, the Twitter site, API and overall service have been down for somewhere around 25 minutes now, and counting.

We're not sure why Twitter is down this time, but we'll keep track of the Twitter outage in this post and keep you all updated.

Update: 12:21 PM EST - Twitter seems to be back up - for now. No word yet on a reason for the outage.
