If you're looking for a widget that shows people who're following you, check out Widgetropolis' Twitter Followers Widget, which takes your Twitter authentication information and lets you choose the width of the widget and how many users to show (currently the maximum is just 100 :( ), displaying it in very much the same style as the Twitter Friends Widget.
