I’ve been screaming for months now that Twitter needs a solid third-party application with brilliant heuristics to combat the constantly-growing problem with Twitter spam. When I saw a flurry of articles on major tech blogs this week about a new application called TweetBlocker that claims to be that third-party application, I got pretty excited.
