Courtney Love is the latest Hollywood celebrity to get herself in trouble with social networking - which makes sense, since getting herself into trouble is kind of one of Courtney Love's strongest skills.

The Hole-singer and widow of former Nirvana frontman Kurt Kobain got hit with a libel lawsuit last week filed by a fashion designer who had formally done work for her, Dawn Simorangkir, who claims that Love embarked on a campaign of mean-spirited libel and defamation on Twitter and Myspace (seriously, MySpace.
